Vf3i Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the vf3i platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the vf3i platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and vf3i management. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. vf3i reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication on the website.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above who are located in regions where such online entertainment activities are permitted under local law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on vf3i. Creating a second or multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or the identity verification process constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and balance suspension pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the vf3i support team. Use a strong password and never share your login details with anyone.
Vf3i reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, or payment information, for compliance and security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a vf3i user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to gain unauthorised access to the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in Poker or collusion in casino games.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent rollover requirements or bonus conditions.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of any party through the vf3i platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of the account balance, and legal action if deemed appropriate by vf3i management.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the vf3i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking. Transactions made through unapproved channels will not be recognised and may be non-refundable.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your payment method and VIP account tier. All current limits can be reviewed under the Finance section of your account after logging in.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your vf3i account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. vf3i reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals while security reviews or identity verification are in progress.
Any bonuses, cashback, or rewards received are subject to the rollover requirements and validity period stated in the relevant offer. Failure to meet the conditions within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus being automatically forfeited.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Vf3i reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or acted in a manner that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to fraud, the account balance may be forfeited.
Liability Limits
Vf3i is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access not caused by vf3i's direct negligence. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and vf3i makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vf3i platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of vf3i or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vf3i management.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Vf3i reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without separate notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

The vf3i platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. vf3i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
